Teaching Experiments on Degree of Hydrolysis of Salts and Its Internal Cause Based on Cognitive Model Construction

Abstract This paper analyzed the internal cause of the degree of hydrolysis of salts from the perspective of cognitive model construction. In order to investigate the influences of periods, main groups and constitutions, Na2CO3,Na2SiO3,Na2GeO3,NaHCO3,FeCl3,ZnCl2 and CuCl2 were chosen as experimental substances, precise pH indicator paper and turbid meter as characterization method to design the related teaching experiment, so as to enable students understand the conclusion about the degree of hydrolysis of salt is based on its composition and structure in a more efficient way by the experimental fact. The experiment was simple and the phenomena were obvious, which could effectively help students construct the scientific conclusion.
