Abstract Taking teaching design and implementation of "experimental inquiry on walnut cake baking recipe" as an example,this paper discussed the process of the teaching to promote "deep learning" from the selection of context material,the design of classroom questions,the determination of classroom tasks,the design of learning activities and continuous evaluation program and so on.
