Abstract Based on the teaching cohesion in organic chemistry between senior high school and university, this paper summarized the teaching feedbacks from 296 students of 6 majors including 10 classes in 2015-2017, discussed the problems existing in organic chemistry teaching between senior high school and university according to the statistical analysis on current teaching contents and methods, and put forward some suggestions. The results could have the practical significance for the clarification and normalization of scientific concepts, the rationalization of curriculum, and the improvement of teaching effectiveness.
