Abstract In order to improve the medical laboratory specialty students' comprehensive quality of clinical thinking, problem analysis, systemization in mastering knowledge, and so on, a teaching method of Case Based Learning (CBL) combined with subject mind map has been researched on clinical biochemistry teaching in higher vocational college, and years of teaching practice proved its good effects.
