Abstract  The surface microstructures of the materials will endow the material with unique properties. Hydrogels have a wide application prospect in the field of biomedicine. In this experiment, the composite gel and gel patterned surface microstructure are prepared innovatively by one step. The PNIPAM/PEGDA composite gel has both the temperature sensitivity and the novel structural features of the patterned microstructures. This experiment is helpful to cultivate students' innovative consciousness and to stimulate students' interests in learning and engaged in scientific research.
