Abstract Influenza (flu) is a highly contagious disease that spreads rapidly and poses a serious threat to human health. In order to protect human health and resist the invasion of the flu virus, scientists have been working on the research and discovery of new anti-influenza drugs. This review focuses on the synthesis of anti-influenza virus drugs that have been marketed and anti-influenza inhibitors at the development stage. It also provides reference for synthetic process research and novel anti-influenza drugs development.
