The Status of Teacher Professional Identity and Its Influencing Factors of Normal Students of Chemistry Specialty in Local University

Abstract The professional identity of chemistry normal university students was investigated by means of questionnaire and interview.The results showed that the overall level of teacher's professional identity of chemistry normal university was higher. The gender difference of teachers' professional identity was not significant;the level of teachers' professional identity was significant different in grades,and the level of freshmen was significant higher. Based on the investigation results,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of teachers' professional identity of chemistry normal university students,and put forward some suggestions on how to improve teachers' professional identity of chemistry normal university students.
