Abstract According to the investigation, there is not enough emphasis on organic experiment teaching in senior high school, and teachers lack the consciousness to cultivate students' core literacy through organic experiment teaching. Suggestions are put forward as follows:deeply interpret curriculum standards, enhance the consciousness of experimental teaching; play the function of experimental teaching, designing topic-based inquiry experiment teaching; grasp the characteristics of organic teaching, skillfully design problem-based inquiry experiment; train teachers' experimental skills, improve experimental operation ability.
