In order to implement the concept of "paying attention to the ‘literacy-based,teaching" advocated by the Ordinary High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards (2017 Edition), it is necessary to develop a high school chemistry classroom teaching evaluation standard system. The core elements of high school chemistry classroom teaching centered on "literacy-based" in teaching design, teaching activities, thinking development, and accomplishment of literacy form a classroom teaching evaluation with one core, 4 dimensions and 20 indicators as the basic framework. Through expert consultation, case test and other methods to make the evaluation system more scientific, comprehensive and standardized.

This paper analyzed the characteristics of the application of virtual simulation laboratory in chemistry experiment education, and investigated the acceptance and application intention of chemistry teachers in high school by questionnaire and interview. The results showed that most high school chemistry teachers had some understanding of virtual laboratory, appreciated its function of auxiliary teaching, stimulating experimental interest and improving the design ability of experiment; they were also willing to use virtual laboratory in future teaching, participating in relevant training to improve the teaching skills of virtual experiment; but because the construction of virtual simulation laboratory could not follow up, teachers' ability to use software for teaching was insufficient, and the quality problems of some virtual laboratory software also led to the low recognition of its function. It was suggested that the school should perfect the construction of the virtual laboratory and strengthen the training of the virtual experiment teaching skills, and the virtual laboratory software company should cooperate with the high school chemistry teachers to improve the design quality of the virtual experiment.

In order to observe the exchange reaction between active metal and copper ion, this reaction was designed as a slow-growing "copper tree" microscale experiment. By controlling single variable method, the growth of "copper tree" of active metal elemental substance, different anionic copper salt and copper sulfate solution under different concentration of chloride ion were studied, and the best reaction condition was obtained. The video of the reaction process was recorded with the combination of the smart phone and the macro lens of the phone, and the video editing software of the computer assisted the process of changing the playback multiple to observe the dynamic process of copper tree growth. Experimental results showed that under the best conditions, lifelike details of copper tree growth could be observed. The video after computer processing could be used in teaching demonstration.
