Abstract Based on the scientific risk cognition, this paper designed "nutrition and chemistry" review class, used social science issues related to food nutrition and pseudo-scientific information on the network as the carrier, led students to use basic knowledge to analyze, evaluate and criticize, to achieve the comprehensive application of knowledge system and cultivate scientific risk decision-making ability.
