Abstract In order to solve problems existing in the teaching of physical chemistry experiments, based on Moso teach and utilizing micro-lecture resources, we carried out the teaching reform by adopting the teaching method of organic combination of flipped classroom teaching and traditional teaching. This paper analyzes the design, application and effects of physical chemistry experiment micro-lecture in detail. The teaching practice shows that the new teaching mode has motivated students’ initiative, and improves the teaching efficiency and effects.
