Abstract According to the issues such as poor cultural foundation, poor study habits and poor learning initiative of students existed in chemistry teaching of preschoolnormal university, the effective strategy on chemistry teaching is put forward by the author based on many years of teaching practice and previous studies, and from three aspects: solving students’ ideological problem, creating a harmonious and orderly teaching order in class, and improving teaching pertinently.
