Abstract Based on the implementation of the online teaching of organic chemistry course in our school since the epidemic, the authors firstly analyze the advantages and disadvantages of online teaching in detail by comparing with the traditional teaching. Then, the authors further summarize and share various explorations and efforts made by author’s teams in the reconstruction of teaching content, the reconstruction of teaching links and the reform of assessment methods.
