Abstract Whether we feel happy or sorrow, positive or negative, excited or tired, it seems all depends on who we meet or what we come across. Nonetheless, it is actually an expression from a series of chemical substances and chemical transformation in human body produced due to external incentives and atmospheric stress, from the perspective of the interaction of life substances. Compounds such as hormones and neurotransmitters (chemical messengers) cause certain emotions that we feel when triggered by external events. The generation of different sentiments will further stimulate the secretion of corresponding substances in the body. Antipodal, transformation and tracing relations between various emotions and relating chemical molecules are discussed comprehensively in this paper.
