Abstract The daily management level of laboratory directly reflects the level of laboratory management in colleges and universities, and also influences the quality of experiment teaching. In order to do a good job in the sustainable development of national demonstration center for experimental education, this paper introduces in detail the work and excellent effects different from other schools, which the Demonstration Center have done in the process of delicacy management of personnel, equipment, materials, environment and operating procedures, which has accumulated valuable experience for innovating the details of laboratory management and promoting the improvement of experimental teaching quality.
