Abstract A virtual simulation software based on mobile terminal is applied to organic chemistry experiment teaching in higher vocational colleges. Taking the experimental teaching of “preparation of isoamyl acetate” as an example,students can understand the details of experimental operation and be familiar with experimental steps by introducing virtual simulation experimental operation. The results show that the virtual-actual combination organic chemistry experiment can improve the students’ interests in autonomous learning, enhance the experimental confidence and improve the experimental operation ability.
