Abstract Under the background of “top talent training program” 2.0, the curriculum system of organic chemistry laboratory in Peking University has been established. The core target is to comprehensive cultivate students' scientific literacy and ability. The training of scientific research method is the main line of teaching. The basic operation, synthesis technology, open experiment, computational experiment, literature research, scientific writing and other teaching modules are fully integrated. Through the teaching design based on understanding and the blended teaching mode, the hierarchical teaching is carried out to enhance the ability of students' autonomous learning and cooperative learning and promote the growth of students.
