Abstract Through the use of weber consistency analysis mode to explore the degree of consistency and matching between the required modules of the chemistry academic proficiency test in Guangdong Province from 2009 to 2020 and the curriculum standards, it is found that the consistency between most of the high school chemistry academic proficiency test and the curriculum standards is not up to an acceptable level. In this regard, this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward proposition and teaching suggestions.
