Abstract This paper mainly discusses the construction of online and offline mixed curriculum of instrumental analysis. Through the construction of teaching staff, the reconstruction of professional curriculum content, the construction of online curriculum, the organic integration of online and offline, the reform and innovation of teaching methods and evaluation methods, the construction of mixed curriculum resources can be realized, so as to improve students’ interest in learning and enhance their attractiveness. Through the construction of hybrid curriculum, students can achieve active learning state, and guide students to make full use of fragmented time to learn, so as to comprehensively improve the learning effect.
