Abstract Supramolecule became the content of the high school new textbook in 2020. Through the research of supramolecule content, combined with the characteristics of supramolecule knowledge, a supramolecule teaching with students’ independent material reading as the main activity is designed, so as to give full play to the teaching value and significance of supramolecule related content in promoting thinking development, developing core literacy and highlight the value of discipline.
