Abstract In response to the disconnect between the teaching of titration analysis and the professional core curriculum in higher vocational education, the low interest of students in learning, and the substandard mastery of skills, the course team has explored and practiced the teaching of titration analysis in an entire process occupational situational based on the job requirements of pharmaceutical inspection positions. It has been successfully stimulated student interest in learning, improved student skill specification, and improved classroom quality by developing an entire process occupational situational teaching mode for titration analysis, implementing the “three stages and seven loops” of the entire process occupational situational teaching process, and creating a collaborative and inquiry-based classroom.
