Implementation Path of Safety Management of University Laboratory and Training Room of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Based on Dual Prevention Mechanism

Abstract This paper has come up with a new thinking that the safety management of laboratory and training rooms of chemistry and chemical engineering in colleges and universities can learn from the mature experience of double prevention mechanism implemented by production management units. The traditional empirical safety management method of hidden danger investigation and post accident disposal in the laboratory and training rooms of colleges and universities is upgraded to the process safety management mode based on risk management. In this way the safety management is brought forward to the risk management stage so as to defense-in-depth for preventing accident. This paper constructs the implementation path map and specific operation steps of the dual prevention mechanism suitable for the colleges and universities and puts forward some guiding suggestions based on work experience.
