Evaluation and Reflection of Teacher Education Curricula Under Background of Teachers’ Profession Accreditation:Instruction Design and Practice of High School Chemistry Teaching

Abstract Teachers’ professional accreditation is an important measure to guarantee and improve the quality of teacher education. The implementation of teachers’ professional accreditation will promote the construction and reform of teacher education curricula. It is of great significance to promote the construction and reform of teacher education curricula to evaluate teacher education curricula according to the requirements of teachers’ professional accreditation. Taking the course “instruction design and practice of high school chemistry teaching” as an example, this paper evaluates the course objective, content, implementation mode, evaluation method and other aspects, and finds its imperfections according to the results. For example, the learning efficiency of normal university students needs to be improved, and it is difficult to detect the changes in the progression of normal university students. Based on the certification standards, corresponding improvement measures are put forward, such as adding the process of reporting teaching reflection of normal university students in the curriculum, and making the content of self-reflection of normal university students obvious.
