Abstract In the era of “intelligence+”,higher education is in a critical period of high-quality improvement, and it is of great significance to construct a smart classroom teaching mode with human-computer interaction for undergraduate and graduate students in universities. In the present study,we put forward the necessity and foresight of integrating the “supercomputing mode”,i.e.,the combination of the computational simulation software and supercomputing platform, into the teaching process of chemistry classrooms, and explored the effective strategies to build a research-oriented classroom to promote the intelligent symbiosis of teaching and learning, and predicted the feasibility of expanding the supercomputing mode to other relevant courses. It is expected to be informative for strengthening the integration of education and research, education and production, and promoting innovative talents cultivation in science and engineering fields.
