Abstract Organic chemistry is a core compulsory course for pharmacy majors in medical schools. In order to solve the problems of short hours, numerous knowledge points and low learning enthusiasm of students in organic chemistry under the traditional mode, the online+offline blended teaching process was redesigned based on the ADDIE mode.Taking“cis-trans isomerism”as an example, this paper sets up five guiding questions around the main line of“structure determines properties, properties determine uses”,and drives students' independent learning before class, interactive learning during class, and consolidation and sublimation after class.Combined with life situations and drug cases,a variety of teaching methods are used to guide students to“move from life to chemistry and explore chemistry from cases”to stimulate students' initiative in learning.Multi-dimensional evaluation methods are used to optimize teaching design and promote students' high-quality participatory learning.
