Abstract To address the urgent shortage of innovative talents in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical industry under the background of transformation and upgrading, this study focuses on cultivating applied innovation capabilities. We construct an open, multi-tiered practical curriculum system that systematically integrates foundational training, verification training, comprehensive training, project-based training, innovation extension, and internship components. The study further enhances this system's content framework while investigating an innovative three-dimensional open practical teaching mode. We have developed collaborative school-enterprise practice bases, created systematically integrated training modules, and instituted a multi-dimensional teaching evaluation system. These strategies significantly improve students' comprehensive application competencies and practical innovation levels, providing robust support for cultivating innovative technical-skilled talents.
