Abstract Fluorescence method is a very important experiment in instrumental analysis experiments, and it is an analytical technology that must be mastered by chemistry, environment, food, materials and other majors. At present, the experimental content of fluorescence analysis in most teaching textbooks is thin and the experimental procedure is single. As a supplement to the current teaching content,an innovative experiment of ratiometric fluorescence method for visualization and real-time detection of tetracycline is designed combining with the research hotspot in the forefront of analytical chemistry. The experiment includes one-step synthesis of double-emission Eu3+ modified silicon nanoparticles(Eu@SiNPs),establishment of ratiometric fluorescence detection method, preparation of test strips, detection of actual samples, etc.Through this experiment,on the basis of consolidating students' professional theoretical knowledge and practical ability, the students' scientific research thinking and comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems are further cultivated,so as to achieve the purpose of innovative experiment teaching.
