Abstract Taking “precipitation-dissolution equilibrium” as the theme, “improvement of saline-alkaline land”, which is integrated into civic and political education, is chosen as the contextual material and the challenging task of the whole lesson. Through theoretical analysis and experimental investigation, students are stimulated to construct the research idea of saline-alkali land improvement, the model of precipitation-dissolution equilibrium, and the development of validation experimental model in the continuous interaction with the problem, so as to realize that the concepts and principles of precipitation-dissolution equilibrium can be explored and discovered as the tools for problem solving, and at the same time to realize the structuring of the knowledge correlation, the understanding of the idea, and the structuring of the core concepts. Through the gradual analysis, reflection and updating of the improved solution, students are cultivated to be organized, divergent and innovative in experimental investigation. This lesson effectively promotes the occurrence of deep learning and the development of core literacy.
