Abstract High-quality teachers are indispensable to the quality and innovative development of education. On the basis of the national macro-policy level to promote the concept of collaborative education,we have constructed a model of chemistry teachers’ professional qualities based on the“teaching practice mode”around“subject specialisation”,and explored the theoretical construction and practical path of Professional Learning Communities at the micro-practice level,so as to effectively promote in-depth multi-party cooperation and explore the professional qualities of chemistry teachers.Professional Learning Communities are explored at the micro-practice level, and the theoretical construction and practical paths of PLC are explored,so as to effectively promote in-depth multi-party co-operation,and to explore the connotation and development strategies of the professional qualities of chemistry teachers, which provides theoretical thinking and practical paths for the collaborative training of high-level pre-service chemistry teachers and the development of professional qualities of in-service chemistry teachers in China.
