Abstract Taking the chapter of first law of thermodynamics in Physical Chemistry (I) as an example, this paper first discusses how to perfectly tune the teaching and studying status from offline to online by using “Rain Classroom” and “Tencent Online Education” as teaching platforms, then focuses on how teachers can guide students to accomplish the online studying task satisfactorily by making due efforts in adaption and change.
