Abstract  Focusing on the knowledge point of transition state theory in graduate-level physical chemistry course, this paper aims to discuss its recent development from both experimental and theoretical researches, in order to stimulate the innovation interests, multiple thoughts, and research qualities of the students. Through case studies, we intent to materialize the content of knowledge, and improve the comprehensive ability and independent thinking ability of the students.
