Abstract  In the face of different grades of undergraduate and graduate students, an experimental teaching system of NMR has been designed with stepped gradients from easy to hard. Important analytical means of NMR are comprehensively introduced through experimental teaching, combined with new teaching modes such as online teaching and classroom interaction. Students' understanding of important knowledge points is deepened. Good teaching effect is achieved by organically combined with theoretical teaching.
