Abstract In this paper, the examination and composition of the special topics about the structures and properties of matter in the chemistry papers of the 2016—2021 Chinese Taiwan assigned-subject examination and the chemistry papers of the 2021 Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin, Guangdong, Hebei, Hubei and Hunan college entrance examination are studied. What's more, the experience is summarized to provide multi-directional reference for the teaching and lesson preparation of teachers.
