Abstract Under the background of the new curriculum, the teaching strategies of “mining learning problems under the discipline background” and “developing learning activities with discipline characteristics” under the theme of “molecular structure” are explored to promote the transformation of learning methods, effectively break through the cognitive difficulties and develop the core literacy of chemistry.
