Abstract  Based on the classification for carcinogenic agents by International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), this paper discusses the molecular structures and mechanisms for carcinogenesis induced by common group Ⅰ organic and inorganic carcinogens that are confirmed to be carcinogenic to humans, so as to enhance the cognitive level of chemical carcinogenic agents, and provides scientific evidence for cancer prevention.
