Abstract 2D nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy teaching activities were designed based on constructivism theory to solve the problems that exist in teaching for graduate students major on chemistry and pharmacy. The course was designed to create a learning context, facilitate collaboration and negotiation, and help students quickly master the use of 2D NMR. The teaching practice demonstrated that the designed course possesses satisfactory teaching effect and could serve as a teaching example worth spreading.
