User Management on the Public Instrument Platform in the State Key Laboratory of Universities Based on Informatization and Training Assessment

Abstract In order to improve the management of the public instrument platform and provide superior services,this paper conducts a thorough and meticulous investigation into the issues pertaining to user management on the public instrument platform in the state key laboratory of universities.Firstly,the users' demands for public instruments and the challenges encountered during their usage of the platform are analyzed.Subsequently,the difficulties encountered by managers in performing user management are investigated.Finally,leveraging the practical work experience garnered from the State Key Laboratory of Supramolecular Structure and Materials,measures for comprehensively elevating the level of the user management are outlined.
