Abstract This paper briefly summarizes the biochemical mechanisms of energy metabolism, muscle repair and recovery regulation in fitness exercise from the perspective of molecular chemistry, and shows the dynamic chemical network constructed by the human body under exercise stress, which fills the gap in sports chemistry research and aims to provide a theoretical basis for scientific fitness.
