Abstract Taking the“Device Fabrication”module as an example,this paper presents the application of a technology integrating knowledge graphs with large language models(LLMs) in organic electronics education.By leveraging the natural language processing capabilities of LLMs to enhance the dynamic interaction and intelligent reasoning functions of knowledge graphs,the study elucidates their pivotal role in consolidating teaching resources and optimizing instructional pathways.
