Abstract In order to improve the quality of experimental teaching, the problems which exist in the chemistry experimental teaching are analyzed, and the advanced educational idea of "HEART" is established. Based on this idea, studies are carried out on teaching system, teaching method, teaching team and evaluation of teaching quality in experimental teaching. Finally, the "two infiltrations, four combinations" experimental teaching system is constructed, and students' innovative spirit and practice ability are improved. A kind of student-centered happy teaching method is established, which can inspirit the initiative and creativity of all students. The system of teaching quality evaluation is created, and the incentive system for teacher is improved, so as to make teachers unceasingly enhance their ability in experimental teaching. Flexible operational mechanism of experimental teaching reform is formed.
