Abstract  The microreactor is an equipment letting physical, chemical or biochemical reaction occur in a small space. With advantages of less reagents consumption and samples pollution, and easy control of reaction conditions, microreactors are suitable for the analysis of enzymatic reaction and a lot of enzyme microreactors have been developed. Combining the microreactor and capillary electrophoresis, the reaction and separation could occur at the same capillary by using the inlet of the capillary as a microreactor. This article focuses on the research advances of enzyme microreactor at the capillary inlet in the past two years.
