Click chemistry is a quick synthetic method brought up by American chemist Sharpless who won the Nobel Prize in chemistry 2001.In this paper,basic conceptions of click chemistry and main reaction types are introduced.As a new synthetic method,the application of click chemistry in drug discovery,polymer synthesis and surface modification is reviewed.Future developing trends of click chemistry is also prospected.

In traditional Teaching of Chemistry,scientific knowledge was paid more attention to,and humanistic spirit was neglected.This paper discusses on the meaning of humanistic spirit in chemistry and the training of studentschumanistic spirit in chemistry teaching.
