With the development of production, the environmental pollutants increase day by day, and endanger human and plant. This paper introduces this harm to plant leaves done by SO₂, Cl₂and NO₂.Furthermore, it is proved by experiment.

REACH, proposed by European Union, is a new framework for chemical hazard control. As an integrative regulation, not only for chemicals but also its downstream products, such as textiles and electromechanical products, are included in this system. In this paper, the background and main contents of the REACH proposal are introduced, especially the logic sustaining the whole system.

The H-bond plays a very important role in chemistry, physics and biology. Since the improper blue-shifted H-bond and dihydrogen bond were found, the unusual phenomena have attracted more and more attentions of scientists. In this paper, the development and recent advances of the improper Blue-shifted Hbonds and dihydrogen bonds were introduced in detail. In addition, a simple and accurate criterion for the existence of H-bonds was given.
