This Paper introduces the methods to judge the aromaticity,non-aromaticity,antiaromaticity,homoaromaticity and antihomoaromaticity of polycyclic compounds and their applications in organic chemistry.

The corresponding relations between trans-coplanar conformation of leaving group L and hydrogen in E2reactions and structure and composition of products,and reaction rate are studied and summarized in this paper.Furthermore,a new method that students participate in learning organic stereo-chemistry by looking,drawing and performing is recommended.

Based on brief analysis about all kinds of materials and technology for storing hydrogen,the preparation methods of high specific surface area active carbon is introduced,in which the most common activation method is chemical activation by KOH as activator.Moreover,the investigation on storing hydrogen performance of high specific surface area active carbon is summarized,and the research progress of mechanism of storing hydrogen is briefly analyzed.
