摘要:基因编辑技术是一系列随时间逐步发展演进的技术,先后经历了锌指核酸酶技术、转录激活剂样效应核酸酶技术以及簇状规则间隔短回文重复序列(CRISPR)与其相关蛋白(Cas9)技术。介绍了这些技术的工作原理,探讨了它们各自的优点与不足,重点阐述了CRISPR-Cas9技术在农作物水稻以及医学疾病癌症研究中的应用实例。最后,介绍了人类对基因编辑技术所引发的伦理和社会问题的深切关注。
