Abstract This paper analyzed the examination questions of theoretical test (preliminary and final) of Chinese Chemical Olympiad from 2015 to 2017, it was found that the contents of stereochemistry in organic chemistry had been won high favor, which highlighted the absolute importance of stereochemistry in organic chemistry.
