Abstract Based on the development history of aspirin, this paper explores the evolution history from salicylic acid to aspirin to long-term sustained-release aspirin and composite drugs. Based on the real situation of the development history of drugs, taking the problem driving this development as the clue, it promotes the teaching content in the continuous problem-solving, not only implements the design of organic synthesis route, but also enables students to understand that based on the idea of molecular structure modification for the preparation of new drugs broadens students' vision and plays an important role in organic synthesis in solving real situations and real problems.
