Abstract This paper expounds the thoughts of implementation of curriculum ideological and political during chemistry teaching theory course, and describes the basic stage and value implication of backwardinstructionaldesign. Backward instructional design, which starts from the expected goal, is an effective measure to promote the curriculum ideology and politics education.Taking “present a teaching plan” for example,this paper explores the three-stage planning of backward instructional design under the curriculum ideological and political education,which contains“identify desired results—determine acceptable evidence—plan learning experiences and instructions”,what's more,carries out teaching process design and teaching reflection.The selection of teaching content, setting of teaching activities and teaching evaluation in backward instructional design all point to the teaching goal, which is conducive to the development of curriculum education function.
