Abstract  This paper discussed about the application of various modules in computer simulation for chemistry teaching in kinetics of substitution reactions, understanding the effectiveness of sunscreen, IR spectrum and molecular configuration and so on. These modules can be used not only to illustrate the difficult concepts in chemistry education, but also to provide the hands-on experiences that allow students to generate their own data and conclusions, so that it can motivate the interests of the students on chemistry study and help to increase teaching efficiency.
