Abstract In the combination of handheld-technology digital experiment and traditional experiment, it was necessary to explore whether the "supply voltage" and "copper sulfate solution concentration" would affect measurement of the sensor, before using pH sensor to solve the core problem "to explore the change of pH in the vicinity of anode in the process of electrolyzing copper sulfate solution". This paper made comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis of tetra-representation. The conclusions were:(1) the existence of the power supply was the essential cause of the sensor's influence, the greater voltage, the greater impact; (2) the concentration of copper sulfate solution would affect the measurement of the sensor, but it was not a simple linear relationship between the two; (3) the change trend of pH curve was consistent with the fact, which reflected the real state of ion migration and ion reaction during the electrolysis process. It would help to guide readers to look at the use of pH sensor in the electrolytic cell with a new perspective and deepen the understanding of the electrolytic process. And it provides a reference for the relevant content teaching.
